Whitetail Gardens started its operation in 2011 as a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and continued until the fall of 2014. In the last 4 years, we have added a family member, purchased a 24 acre farm in Erskine MN, and just recently purchased another 78 acres. Now in 2020, we are back as a CSA. We will also be producing many specialty crops, and will sell direct from our farm, and at several farmers markets in the area. We will offer bulk tomatoes, pickling cucumbers, sweet corn and many more fresh vegetables. We will also be adding a 5 acre pumpkin patch and 10 acre corn maze!
